NOW dating is very much the new kid on the block. Winner of best new dating app at the
2017 UK Dating Awards, NOW solves the problem which I found to be the most common complaint of
Tinder and Bumble users......
Many people, both male and female, have criticised the users on other dating apps for talking too much but never arranging to meet.
NOW is about connecting people and places in the moment, it brings back a spontaneity which I strongly believe has been missing from the dating industry for far too long and ultimately eradicates the pen pal problem.
I almost feel excited just writing about it, what’s not to love about this idea?
Back in my early dating days I loved going to meet someone and not knowing where the night might take me and some of the dates I’ve been on have been the funniest and most memorable nights of my life – the very reason I started writing about dating in the first place. NOW reminds me of all of that, and it’s the first time I’ve ever been able to say that about a dating app.

itself to swap the pigeons for a fascinating stranger? NOW does that for you, meaning any old weekday
could turn into something quite spectacular. With the vast number of dating apps out there at the
moment it’s difficult to get major endorsements but recent features in The Telegraph and GQ prove that
this the NOW Dating app means business, read on for my honest thoughts after using the app.
How Does the Now Dating App Work?
Okay, so how do I explain this.......
Have you ever been hanging around London with a few hours to kill but have nowhere to be and no one to see?

NOW also has a policy about missing dates. If you miss more than 2 'meetings' your account can be suspended for the remainder of the month, this is a great feature and means that everyone on the app is interested in meeting up.

Casual Dating VS Long Term Relationship
Founder Cameron Woodford is intent that NOW is for real connections and is in no way intended to be a hook-up, however, you can’t always control what some people are looking for and I can certainly see how it would be used as a casual dating application.
A recent survey of their users came back as 72% were looking for a relationship vs 28% looking for 'friendship' .
In order to use NOW dating you will need a Facebook account to log into. This ensures every person on the app is a real person and an added security feature.
